$1 Million of Meth Found in Suitcase of Car in East Texas
A massive amount of meth was found inside a suitcase of a car in East Texas. KCEN reports that two people were arrested on Saturday after more than $1.2 million worth of methamphetamine was discovered in their car, according to a news release.
A K-9 HIT
The deputy's K9 smelled drugs in the vehicle and alerted the officer, per release. In the car Twenty-three-year-old Brittany Ceballos and 24-year-old Michael Juarez were pulled over by a Walker County Sheriff's Office.
HOW MUCH METH WAS FOUND?
The officer reportedly found suitcases with over 137 pounds of methamphetamine inside the car. Both occupants were arrested and charged with delivery of a controlled substance. The charge is a first-degree felony that carries up to 99 years in jail time and fines up to 10,000, per state law. Sheriff Clint McRae gave the following statement... .
