How Much Will Carnival Rides Cost at Rodeo Houston 2025?

The 2025 Rodeo Houston kicks off tonight!  You can check out the entertainment lineup by clicking here. There are multiple stages of entertainment, check it out. Of course, Rodeo Houston is not just about the concerts. There are rodeo events, livestock shows, vendors, the carnival, and much more.  Here is how much carnival rides cost at Rodeo Houston. 

Let's start by saying they do not offer all-you-can-ride wristbands at the Rodeo Houston Carnival.  Each ride required tickets.  Ticket prices are $1.25 each and rides require anywhere from 3-8 tickets to ride. Which means it will cost from $3.75 to $10 for EACH RIDE.

HERE ARE A FEW EXAMPLES OF Ride prices for 2025:

The Huge Ferris Wheel (La Grande Wheel XL takes 5 tickets($6.25 to ride), last year it cost $11 to ride. 

The Cliffhanger takes 5 tickets tor ride ($6.25), Last year it cost $7 to ride

The Classic Tilt a Whirl takes 5 tickets, $6.25 to ride, this one went up $.25 cents from last year

The Zipper takes 6 tickets, $7.50 to ride, last year it cat $7 to ride

VW Bugs(Kiddie Car Ride) takes 4 tickets, $5 to ride, same as last year!   

 2025 RODEO CONCERT LINEUP ANNOUNCED.

Carnival admission is included with the purchase of an NRG Park Admission ticket or a Rodeo/Concert Ticket. NRG Park Admission ticket sales end at 9:00 p.m. each day. In addition to the carnival, NRG Park Admission tickets allow visitors access to NRG Arena and NRG Center. A Rodeo/Concert ticket allows access to the same areas as a Grounds Pass, plus NRG Stadium for the rodeo and concert performance
