Austin, TX Among the ‘Best Cities For Singles’

When you compare certain factors such as the cost of restaurants, average price on a bottle of wine and the percentage of actual single people, Austin, TX comes out in the Top 10 on the list of Best Cities for Singles.

Those factors along with a few others were what was considered in the Wallethub's '2015's Best & Worst Cities for Singles.

The research group compared the 150 largest populated cities in the United States looking at those factors, along with other things, like the cost of a movie and the number of nightlife attractions per capita.

Austin was the only Texas city that made the cut.

According to the list, Salt Lake City, UT was the best city for sinbles, while Yonkers, NY was listed as the very worst. If you've ever been to Yonkers, than that comes as no surprise. So, exactly where did Austin place? The state capitol was ranked 6th.
