Brutal Fight at Popular Houston Spot Ends in 1 Person Killed
Bombshell's Restaurant and Bar is notorious for getting a little rowdy. There are plenty of videos on TikTok that capture people fighting at the popular sports bar.
A FIGHT BROKE OUT
Harris County officers were called to a Bombshell'S near Cloverleaf, Monday night after a fight between 24-year-old Gabriel Aguirre and 23-year-old Pedro Zavala broke out around 11:45 pm.
The two men first started verbally attacking each other. Yelling quickly turned into something much more violent. According to investigators, "Zavala took out a pistol and shot Aguirre two or three times during some kind of verbal fight -- killing him."
SUSPECT FLED THE SCENE
After the shooting, Zavala took off and fled the scene. Harris County Sheriff's Office posted to X searching for Zavala.
"Last night, @HCSOTexas Investigators responded to a shooting at a restaurant/bar at 13732 East Fwy. The victim, identified as Gabriel Aguirre, had been shot several times inside the establishment and pronounced deceased. The suspect fled the scene."
THE SEACH ENDS
The search ended Tuesday morning after Zavala contacted the sheriff's office and surrendered to deputies, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.
It turns out, during the shooting at Bombshell's Zavala was out on bond. Just last month Zavala threatened that he was going to shoot a woman's dog and was charged with harassment and resisting an arrest.
