Crossroads Top High School Basketball Players Selected for All-Star Game
The best area high school basketball players will showcase their talents in the 10th Annual Victoria College Chick-fil-A Boys All-Star Basketball Game, set for Wednesday, April 17th.
23 of the top high school senior players in the Crossroads region will be playing in the annual game. Among the players selected for the game are Victoria East’s Qwashawn Thomas, Victoria West’s Roger Mejia, St. Joseph’s Tavion Varela and Faith Academy’s Isaiah Vasquez.
Other players to participate in the game are Calhoun’s Jaylen Stewart and Christopher Benavides; Edna’s Khaliyl Barnes, De’Leon Mitchell and Kenny Haynes; Goliad’s Rocky Morris; Yoakum’s Darin Harper; Industrial’s Dylan Guzman; Palacios’ Jacob Martinez; Gonzales’ Contrell Smith; Refugio’s DJ Campbell, Armonie Brown and Kaleb Wright; Louise’s Colin Gonzales; Bloomington’s Marco Gonzales; Moulton’s Caleb Nieto and Braden Kram; Hallettsville Sacred Heart’s Austin Kraatz and Shiner St. Paul’s Joseph Natal.
The tipoff for the game at Victoria College’s Sports Center is 6 p.m.
