De Parranda Returns to Victoria in October For Tejas Fest

Friday, October 2nd is going to be an epic night in Victoria, Texas. It is the first night at Tejas Fest in downtown Victoria, featuring a stellar lineup of Tejano and Norteño cumbia music, and is headlined by the cumbia group De Parranda! Did we mention this event is free?

De Parranda recently performed at the Bash in Victoria and absolutely electrified the crowd! This was the band's second year performing at the Bash! Their stage show is all about energy, cumbia, and huapango vibes, especially when they perform their mega viral hit "Trr Tac Tac." You might get tired watching them perform.

De Parranda is another group that got started during the COVD 19 pandemic by posting music videos on social media, and they took off. TikTok is the biggest reason for the band's success. Grupo Frontera took over in 2022 with the same concept.

Saturday, October 3 will feature Texas Country and Country music that features Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager, Bubba Westly, Adysen Malek, and Devin Michaels.
