How many of you can relate to this: you're at the grocery store and you're trying to get in and out in as short of time as possible. Getting the items you need isn't a big deal because you know where pretty much everything in the store is located, and you don't waste any time getting what you need. But then you go to the register and you have to make a decision on which line to choose. You look for the shortest line thinking that's your best option, but no, the person in front of you is taking out a second mortgage.

I mean, really. It never fails. When I choose what ought to be the quickest lane, there is invariably some idiot that can't grasp the concept of using a card or how to enter a pin number, has to ask for an item they couldn't find, just wants to ask about every item on their receipt, or has some other reason to make everybody else wait forever.

Then, when I have to be somewhere in a timely manner, somehow I always end up behind some bozo that thinks 25 mph is the city-wide speed limit, no matter what street they're on. Or, the wonderful drivers that take 3/4 of a mile to finally reach the posted speed limit.  And, don't get me started on the traffic lights in this town and their timing.

Okay, I guess that's enough b*tching for one day.

My question to you is, what really grinds your gears? Feel free to comment.
