Who doesn't love pancakes? Nobody that I know. We love 'em here in the Crossroads, and thanks to your generosity, National Pancake Day at IHOP Restaurants across the U.S.A. raised $3.9 million dollars for Shriners Hospitals for Children.

IHOP Restaurants gave away a free short stack of their buttermilk pancakes to customers who were asked to donate to the cause. The restaurant chain's goal was $3.5 million dollars, and Americans beat that goal at nearly $4 million. Thank you Crossroads pancake lovers!

IHOP has held National Pancake Day since 2006, raising $20 million dollars for the charity.

IHOP in Victoria is located at 7606 Zac Lentz Parkway.
