Viva Film Festival Celebrating 2nd Year With Amazing Films

You've got to check out all of the incredible films Viva is bringing to the Crossroads for the second year in a row.

The 2nd annual Viva Texas Film Festival will be held September 15th-17th, 2023.

Inspired by Victoria’s unique culture, founders Karissa Winters & Claire Santellana launched Viva Texas Film Festival in 2022. Now they get to celebrate their second year along with the Crossroads and film creators from all over the world.

According to the Viva website which you should view here for all of the amazing films coming to the Crossroads in September, "This festival provides opportunities for the local community, visitors, filmmakers, and everyone in between to come together and celebrate the power of film and art in a unique setting."

I've had the privilege of judging the short film category of local film fest years ago and can attest, the art of film creation is incredible and the end result of the short films I judged was awe inspiring.

"The first Weekend of the Arts was spurred last year when Viva Texas Film Festival incorporated the VTX Art & Music Walk into their programming. We are excited to bring the second Weekend of the Arts which has expanded to include the Art Expedition Art Show/Contest, Music and Film Workshops, Fashion Show, and more. The Art & Music Walk will once again be during the festival as well," the website reads.
