Get ready to make a difference! The Texas Zoo is teaming up with the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent for Roar Against Hunger, a special two-day event that lets you support a great cause while enjoying an unforgettable wildlife experience.

How You Can Help

On February 8th and 9th, 2025, visitors who bring a canned food donation will receive 50% off admission to the Texas Zoo! Each person must bring at least one canned good to qualify for the discount. Zoo members already enjoy free entry but are encouraged to donate to help fight hunger in our community.
