Tejano Stars Unite: Lucky Joe And Bobby Pulido Perform Together

Over the weekend, Lucky Joe got to fulfill one of his childhood dreams. Bobby Pulido invited Lucky Joe on stage to perform "Desvelado" during Bobby's farewell show in Floresville on Friday night.

Not only was this one of Lucky's childhood dreams, but it was also the first time ever that these two have performed this song together on stage. Their on-stage chemistry was flawless.

The amount of excitement I felt when he asked me that question took me back to that 17 year old kid that would open up for him and his dad all over Texas. For a split second I became that youngster full of hope and determination to become just like them and leave a mark in this industry. During the song Bobby turned to me and said “Que bonito se escucha” while the crowd sang along to Desvelado, and I even thought to myself heck he’s probably sang that song and heard it sang from fans all over the world 1,000 times! But i could tell it was like the very first time for him. You see that’s when you know you have an artist that loves what he does, not just for himself but for his fans. The people will make you or break you. And that’s something that I learned from the Pulido family a long time ago, La gente te hace o te desas, to quote Mr. Chune Pulido himself. QEPD. Both Bobby Pulido and Lucky Joe have a rich history in Victoria. I can remember Bobby performing at Tejano Country before "Desvelado" made him an overnight sensation. A show for no more than a 150 people and now he's playing for thousands every night.

Lucky Joe instantly became a crowd favorite in Victoria. He started visiting Victoria before his big hits "Amor Escondido" and "Duele Querete." He is not only an incredible performer but he loves his fans.
