Ricardo Castillon Post An Incredible Cover Of La Mafia’s ‘Me Estoy Enamorando’
I have always said that Ricardo Castillon has one of the strongest voices in Tejano music. In fact, my personal list has Ricardo Castillon and Art Tigerina as the two best voices in Tejano music. Both artists have very powerful voices.

Yesterday, Ricardo Castillion posted a video to Facebook sharing why he has always looked up to Oscar Y La Mafia. When Ricardo was a young kid, he would go to their shows in Crystal City and stand on the side of the stage in awe! Oscar even invited Ricardo Castillon on stage to sing 'Si Tu Supieras."

Ricardo Castillon did something similar for our KLUB Tejano VIPS.
Back in 2022, Ricardo Caastillon performed for our KLUB Tejano 106.9 VIPS. During his up close and personal performance, he covered Rocio Durcal's "Amor Eterno," written by the legendary Juan Gabriel. He was so powerful, you could hear a pin drop in the room. I was in the room, and I got chills.
La Mafia and La Diferenzia eventually shared the Rodeo Houston stage in 1996. That was actually the first Go Tejano Day performance that I attended. The energy was electric that Sunday afternoon.
