Victoria Animal Control is looking into making several improvements to the facility, including new flooring, heating, and colorful murals.

I have a bad habit. When I replace a pair of shoes, I don't get rid of the old ones. I'm always thinking "what if I need something to paint in?" Truth is, I haven't painted anything in like 20 years.
