‘The Crossroads’ Chick-fil-A Officially Opens on March 1st

In addition to Chick-fil-A The Crossroads, Murphy will continue to operate Chick-fil-A Victoria Mall and Chick-fil-A Whispering Creek, employing approximately 250 Team Members across all three restaurant locations. Over the years, Murphy’s restaurants have donated almost $260,000 to a number of organizations and school programs that help make Victoria a better place to live – something he is looking forward to continuing with his new restaurant.

A SMALL MALL LOCATION IN VICTORIA

This is the third chapter of Chick-fil-A for the Murphy family with humble beginnings. It all started with the Dentons back in 1980 with the opening of their Victoria Mall location.   With the success of the Victoria Mall location, the Whispering Creek location opened in 2000! That is when Murphy's elevated customer services in Victoria. Shortly after in 2001, the iconic phrase 'my pleasure' became a signature of Chick-fil-A.  Since 2000, Chick-fil-A has become an iconic name in Victoria, as a business model and bringing the community together through philanthropy. They are all about our wonderful community.

 In honor of Chick-fil-A The Crossroads opening, Chick-fil-A will be:

• Surprising 100 local heroes making an impact in the Victoria area with free Chick-fil-A for a year
• Donate $25,000 to Feeding America to support the greater Victoria area in the fight against hunger
