Duncan Jones has been hard at work on his passion project for the last few years, and pretty soon we’re all finally going to get to see it. The first trailer for Mute has just dropped, and, if nothing else, it looks like one of the most colorful, gorgeous science fiction movies ever made.

There’s so much to love in the two minutes of the trailer: the Blade Runner-influenced aesthetic, the colorful hair, Paul Rudd in an aggressive mustache swirling a martini, Justin Theroux’s extremely cozy sweater. It may be 2057, but the shawl collar is here to stay, baby. Also I can’t get over how Rudd and Theroux’s characters are named “Cactus Bill” and “Duck.”

Mute takes place in the neon-soaked Berlin of the 2050s, where a mute bartender played by Alexander Skarsgard enlists the help of “a pair of wise-cracking American surgeons” to find his missing girlfriend. It’s every bit an old-fashioned film noir, except it’s in color and takes place in the future.

Set in the near-future, Leo (Alexander Skarsgård) is a bartender living in the pulsing city of Berlin. Because of a childhood accident, Leo lost the ability to speak and the only good thing in his life is his beautiful girlfriend Naadirah (Seyneb Saleh). When she vanishes without a trace, Leo’s search for her takes him deep into the city’s seedy underbelly. A pair of wise-cracking American surgeons (Paul Rudd and Justin Theroux) are the only recurring clue and Leo is forced to take on this teeming underworld in order to find his love.

Mute hits Netflix February 23.
