A Texas woman in Temple who was high on methamphetamines tried to kidnap a little boy at an HEB in Temple. As reported by mysanantonio.com, Megan Weathersbee and her two-year-old son stopped at HEB to pick up a prescription.  While en route they made a pit stop at the restroom and went into a large handicapped stall. That's when the woman reportedly crawled under the stall.

"She grabs [my son's] wrist and starts cussing at me yelling all these obscene things and says 'Give me my baby. Give me my baby or I will kill you.'"

In the article, Weathersbee continues to say that "she was able to grab her son and make it out of the bathroom and into the main store area. The mother said she yelled to store employees about the woman trying to kidnap her child. Weathersbee took shelter in the store manager's office and an H-E-B employee shielded the doorway with their body, acting as a human barrier between Weathersbee and the woman. Meanwhile, other store employees called the police.

Officials identified the woman as Ashley Chandelle Allen, 31. Allen led officers on a chase around the grocery store before she was apprehended.
