QUESTIONED BY POLICE

Police questioned Orozco who had originally told them he unloaded his gun, handed it to Tobias, and she accidentally pulled the trigger unleashing a bullet at her.

PHONE RECORDS PAINT SOMETHING DIFFERENT

However, phone records painted a different story. It showed Orozco "standing in front of Tobias' cellphone, and then Orozco reaching down to grab a handgun, point it towards the phone and Tobias."

Orozco can be heard saying something inaudible followed by the loud sound of a gun. Tobias' cellphone then falls and the video ends.

Detectives stated it was clear that Orozco fired the handgun in "proximity directly at Tobias when he pulled the trigger."

Orozco was detained and is booked in the El Paso Jail with a half a million dollar bond.
