Ram Herrera Receives State Recognition for 45 Years in Tejano Music

Ram Herrera, who has been very busy lately, continues to make Tejano Music News. Last week, Ram Herrera celebrated 45 years in the Tejano Music industry and was presented with statewide recognition and proclamations from the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and the State of Texas. Congratulations Ram!

The ceremony took place on July 18th in the historic Alamo Plaza. Ram also had a Texas Flag flown in his honor.  What an incredible journey for someone who was born on the Southside of San Antonio! Ram Herrera took to social media with heartfelt words of thanks. 

I’m deeply honored and profoundly grateful for the incredible evening that marked a milestone in my life—45 years in the Tejano music industry. Receiving this proclamation is a moment I will never forget.

Back in June, Ram Herrera tied the knot with Liz Estrada in San Antonio. Ram Herrera used his silky smooth voice to show his love for Liz. The question now is, will he still hand out roses at his concerts?
