As of today (Aug 2), Bonner has an outstanding warrant for Violation of Parole.  His original charge was Delivery of Cocaine.  He is 44 years old, 6’1” and 187 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.  Fugitives may be armed and you should never attempt to apprehend a fugitive yourself.
