Since our first Victoria Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week was captured yesterday, police issued another wanted person that you may be able to help locate.

Wanted: Richard Manquia Pena Jr.  Pena is a 27 year old Hispanic male. He is 6’0’’ tall, weighs 225 lbs, and he has black hair and brown eyes. Pena is wanted for a probation violation. His original charge is Possession of Controlled Substance.
