Victoria Generals Kick Off Playoffs Tonight at Riverside Stadium

It was another good year for the Victoria Generals of the Texas Collegiate League, and they head into the playoffs tonight at Riverside Stadium.

The Generals ended the regular season Monday night by beating the Brazos Valley Bombers 7-6, ending the season at 32-19. Tonight the semi-final round of the TCL playoffs gets underway with the Generals taking on the Texarcana Twins, who finished the regular season at 20-33.

This is a one shot playoff game with the winners playing the winner of the Brazos Valley Bombers vs. Acadiana Cane Cutters in a best of 3 series for the laegue championship.
