(KNUE-FM) Being a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader is a big deal.

You’re representing America’s Team and the National Football League, and there are auditions and live shows coming up soon if it’s something you’re interested in getting more information.

And the best news is that there will be auditions taking place at 5 different locations in the month of May, so hopefully you won’t have to travel too far if you want to try to become the next Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader.

Things to Remember About Being a Cowboys Cheerleader

Just like any other job you need to be 18 to be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, also you must be able to work in the United States legally.

But one of the most important parts is being physically fit. These cheerleaders and dancer's workout all the time to stay in great shape.

You must stay camera-ready because as an ambassador for the Cowboys you will have people wanting to take photos all the time.

Don’t forget about doing some public speaking, always having a positive attitude, and be willing to have fun on social media promoting the Cowboys.
