Radical Night Time Swap Meet You Won’t Want To Miss Out On

I really d have to brag about our local library. The creative fun minds at Victoria Public Library are so innovative and push to host nontraditional events right in the library.

SWAP MEET IN JUNE

Gather your books, DVDs, and even vinyl records for a unique experience. The Victoria Public Library is hosting a night of fun recycling and sharing to update your book, movie, and music collection.

HOW IT WORKS

VPL Swap Night is an evening of swapping and discovering other people's treasures. Here's how to participate:

• Bring at least 1 item to trade
• You will receive a ticket for each item you bring
• Each ticket will allow you to pick one item per ticket

*Tickets are valid for the day of the swap only

GET YOUR TRADES READY

Grab that book that has collected dust over the past 7 years, or your third copy of Chamber of Secrets, or even the cassette you HAD to have in the 90s but haven't popped into your tape player since Madonna tried to kiss Drake and see what new item you can swap it with.

Our public library always has something going on. If you have children then check out any of their arts and craft workshops. Teens and adults can get in on the fun with anime-related workshops or even speakers who show you how to manage stress and anxiety. They also have VPL talks showcasing local talent and people in spunky careers.
