Everyone thought for sure it was some kind of April Fool's joke but turns out Schroeder Hall is actually for sale on Ebay.

The second oldest dance hall in Texas went on the auction block as of April 1st and there's still about 7 days left in the auction. The current bid as of this posting was $220,000 with the reserve price not yet met.
