An Inside Look at Locally Owned Victoria Businesses Opening at 25%

Business owners and employees in Texas were glued to their devices yesterday anxiously awaiting word from Gov. Abbott to activate Phase Two to Open Texas.

Gov. Abbott's conference highlighted openings for businesses such as bars and zoos at 25% capacity. Phase Two openings afforded Townsquare Media an opportunity to visit with several local Victoria businesses most affected by the Governor's latest strategy.
