On August 4, 2010 at approximately 3:30 am, 49-year old David Benitez was fatally stabbed. He was found at the end of a driveway on the 1200 Block of East Loma Vista Street in Victoria, bleeding heavily from multiple wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died. Investigators with the Victoria Police Department are asking anyone with information about this case to contact Victoria Crime Stoppers.
