Shrimpfest 2022 Announces Grammy Award Winning Los Palominos as Headliner
It seems like a few more Tejano shows are starting to pop up in our area. Just last month, Ram Herrera performed at Schroeder Hall. This month, Los Chamacos and Gary Hobbs have shows scheduled, and now this! Sprimpfest in Seadrift has announced Friday, January 10th as their Tejano night. Who is their headliner? Grammy-winning, Los Palominos. Grupo Pronto will open the show on that Friday night. Shrimpfest 2022 will take place on June 10th and 11th on the water in Seadrift. Johnny Arreola left Los Palominos last year during the pandemic to pursue a solo Christain career. He released his second Christian album with Freddie Records that was released on April 9, 2021. We wish him all the success with his solo Christain career.
